Stream Two: Digitalisation

In this stream we will explore the potential of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across back office that can eliminate manual tasks to streamline workflows. We will discuss on leveraging cognitive technologies, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Blockchain and IoT which will help to transform the legacy system to modern system with higher efficiency and great results. We will also discuss on integrating IT system without disturbing back office operation as well as automating processes around claims, complaints etc. We will also discuss how important is it to investment in technologies and partnering with FinTechs to work in a competitive market place.

DAY 3 - DESIGN THINKING WORKSHOP

Design Thinking is a process that is intended to drive innovation by disrupting normal thinking. This disruptive process aligns cross-functional groups in back office operations, promotes creativity and new ideas, reinforces an openness to testing (and failing) and errors on the side of speed.

Design Thinking nowadays is considered as a critical component of back office operations and the financial services industry is looking at transforming to customer centric business model.

This practice will help delegates to improve on innovation, customer experience and the work environment by enabling responsiveness in a world of constant marketplace disruption and fostering a cycle of genuine customer-centricity, sustained loyalty and even increasingly satisfied employees.
